The company was founded in 2019 by CEO's with many years of experience in the markets of Southeast Asia. The creation of the company was aimed at involving the acquired competencies in the field of ensuring trade activities between sellers of the Asia-Pacific region and buyers from all over the world.

Significant distances, differences in business culture and business practices, and profound cultural differences between Asian manufacturers and sellers on the one hand and European buyers and consumers on the other require third party involvement to ensure an acceptable trading conclusion.

The company has a head in the United Arab Emirates, as well as local representative in China: Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hongkong, Hangzhou, Yiwu
